Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This policy explains what Corvan does with the information you give us through this website. We have kept it short and specific, because the honest answer is that we collect very little.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your work email address, the budget range you select, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on the site asks you for personal data.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard server logs for security and reliability, including IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Why we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work for you. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.
Who else sees it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox using Resend, an email delivery provider, and are received in Microsoft 365. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Each of these providers processes the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email records while there is a live conversation or an active engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including anywhere in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict that use
- Ask for a copy in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email support@corvan.io. We will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered straight to our inbox. No enquiry data is stored in a database on this website.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
Questions about this policy?
Email support@corvan.io and a person will answer, usually the same day.
