These terms cover your use of the Corvan website. They are not the terms of a client engagement: paid work is always governed by a separate written agreement that we sign with you before anything starts.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything here. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to disrupt it for other people, or to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.

What is on this site

Everything on this website, including the copy, design, and the Corvan name and logo, belongs to Corvan unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Third-party names mentioned on this site, including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini, are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the platforms we work on. Corvan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them unless we say so explicitly.

What we do and do not promise

The figures on this site describe how we work, not a guaranteed outcome for your business. Twenty ads live in one hour describes our production process from an approved brief. The AI search timelines describe what we typically observe, measured against a baseline we capture before we begin.

Marketing results depend on your product, market, budget, and timing, much of which is outside our control. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of revenue, ranking, placement in any AI assistant’s answers, or any other specific result. Any commitments we make to you will be written into your engagement agreement.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract between us and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We aim to reply within one business day. A working relationship begins only when we have both signed an engagement agreement.

Pricing

No prices are published on this site by design. Every engagement is scoped on a call and quoted in writing. A quote is fixed for the scope described in it; work outside that scope is agreed separately before it starts.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up and accurate, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the extent the law allows, Corvan is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
