Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Corvan website and Corvan AI. They are not the terms of a client engagement: paid services are always governed by a separate written agreement that we sign with you before anything starts.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything here. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to disrupt it for other people, or to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.

Corvan AI

Corvan AI is invite-only. We decide who gets access, and we can withdraw it, for example if it is used to produce spam or abuse.

You keep ownership of everything you enter into Corvan AI and of the drafts it produces for you. You give us permission to process that material only to run Corvan AI for you.

Drafts are written by an AI model. They can be wrong, off-voice, or repeat a claim you did not make, and the voice score is an estimate. Read every draft before you publish it. What you post is your responsibility. Do not paste in material you have no right to use.

Corvan AI is early. Features will change, and it may be unavailable at times. We will tell you before we close a workspace.

What is on this site

Everything on this website, including the copy, design, and the Corvan name and logo, belongs to Corvan unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Third-party names mentioned on this site, including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini, are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the platforms we work on and with. Corvan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them unless we say so explicitly.

What we do and do not promise

The figures on this site describe how we work, not a guaranteed outcome for your business. Twenty ads live in one hour describes our production process from an approved brief. The AI search timelines describe what we typically observe, measured against a baseline we capture before we begin. The Drive Me Barcelona results are one client’s results.

Marketing results depend on your product, market, budget, and timing, much of which is outside our control. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of revenue, ranking, placement in any AI assistant’s answers, or any other specific result. Any commitments we make to you will be written into your engagement agreement.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract between us and does not oblige either of us to proceed. We aim to reply within one business day. A working relationship begins only when we have both signed an engagement agreement.

Pricing

No prices are published on this site by design. Every engagement is scoped on a call and quoted in writing. A quote is fixed for the scope described in it; work outside that scope is agreed separately before it starts.

Availability

We aim to keep this site and Corvan AI up and accurate, but we provide both as is. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content or features at any time. To the extent the law allows, Corvan is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or Corvan AI. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
