How we work

A process with owners and dates

This is what working with Corvan is actually like, week by week: one audit, one plan you approve line by line, a launch measured in hours, and a weekly rhythm of cuts and doubles. No mystery, no six-week onboarding.

Phase 01

Audit

One week inside your product, funnel, and market before we spend a dollar. We interview your team, test your onboarding the way a buyer would, and capture how AI tools answer about your category today.

  • Audit findings: where growth is actually blocked
  • A funnel map with the leaks marked
  • Your AI answer baseline, captured on record
Weeks 1 to 2
Phase 02

Plan

The audit becomes a go-to-market plan: channels, budgets, owners, and dates. You approve it line by line, and every channel gets a kill criterion so we all know what failure looks like before money moves.

  • The written GTM plan with owners and dates
  • Budget allocation per channel
  • Kill criteria agreed up front
Weeks 2 to 3
Phase 03

Launch

From the approved brief, twenty ads are written, designed, and live within the hour. AI search work starts the same day. No six-week onboarding, no production calendar.

  • Live campaigns on your platforms
  • Dashboard access from day one
  • A first-week signal readout
Week 4
Phase 04

Iterate

Weekly cuts and doubles: losers cut daily, winners scaled the same day, budget flowing to what converts. You read about it in plain language every week, and the plan itself gets reviewed every quarter.

  • The weekly written report
  • Monthly AI answer-share report against the baseline
  • Quarterly plan review
Week 5 and on
Reporting

You always know what is happening

One live dashboard, open any time. One written report a week, in plain language: what we cut, what we scaled, what it cost, what it returned.

Every week

Numbers you can repeat to your board

The dashboard shows spend, results per ad, and AI answer visibility, live from day one. The weekly report explains the decisions behind the numbers, written by the person who made them.

The person who scopes the work does the work

Corvan is founder-run. Franco is on the scoping call, in the plan, and signing the weekly report. No handoff after the contract.

Process questions

Asked before every engagement

How often do we hear from you?

A written report every week, the live dashboard any time, and a call when a decision needs you. We do not book meetings to perform work; the report replaces them.

What happens when something is not working?

Every channel gets a kill criterion in the plan, agreed before launch. When a channel hits it, we say so in that week's report, cut it, and move the budget. No quiet months of hoping.

How fast do results come?

Ads produce signal in the first week and reliable winners within a month. AI search is slower by nature: expect visible movement over one to three months, measured against the baseline we capture in the audit.

How much of our time does this take?

The audit needs your team for interviews in week one, the plan needs one working session to approve, and after launch it is one report to read a week. We built the process so you run your business, not our engagement.

See the plan before you spend a dollar.

The audit and plan come first. You approve every line before launch.
